4. Delivery Address & Accuracy

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

• Address Changes: We cannot modify the shipping address once the product is in transit. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

• Onexa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

5. Damages & Issues

• Onexa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by third-party courier services.

• If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• If you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so we can rectify the error.

6. International Shipping Policy

• We currently ship primarily within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team to verify shipping rates and transit times for your specific country.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country.

7. Returns & Hygiene Protocol

• Due to the nature of our products (innerwear/underwear), and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened, unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.
