Onexa is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third party delivery services. Once the product has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.

We reserve the right to modify our products, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Customers agree to our terms and conditions when purchasing from Onexa Products. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Once an order is shipped, cancellations and refunds are not allowed unless there is a valid issue, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product. Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear proof (photos/videos).

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not permitted on underwear products unless the item is found to be defective.

Any misuse of our platform, including fraudulent transactions, spamming, or unauthorized use of content, will result in appropriate actions, including account restrictions or legal measures.
